We are seeking a motivated and analytical Associate Data Scientist to join our dynamic Data and Analytics team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable insights. ### Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges using data.
* Perform comprehensive data preprocessing and cleaning to ensure high-quality inputs for models.
* Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
* Design, build, and evaluate machine learning models to solve business problems.
* Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze structured data.
* Develop clear, insightful visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

### Requirements
* 0–2 years of relevant experience in data science or analytics.
* Strong foundational knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and concepts.
* Proficiency in Python programming for data manipulation and modeling.
* Strong SQL skills for database querying and data retrieval.
* Demonstrable experience through academic projects, internships, or personal data science portfolios.
* Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset.

### Nice to Have
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn).
* Experience with cloud platforms or big data technologies.
* Exposure to deployment frameworks or MLOps practices.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
