These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OpusHire.ai platform and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
OpusHire.ai provides an enterprise AI hiring platform that helps organizations source, screen, interview, assess, and manage candidates. Features may evolve over time. The Service is intended for business and professional recruiting use.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using it to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law (including messaging and anti-spam regulations).
4. Candidate data and consent
Organizations using the Service are responsible for having a lawful basis to process candidate data and for obtaining any consents required (for example, for video interviews or outreach). OpusHire processes such data on the organization's behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by OpusHire.ai and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated outputs are decision-support aids and should be reviewed by a human; hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the organization. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpusHire.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as required to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
