Who operates OpusHire?

OpusHire is operated by two entities: OpusHire FZ-LLC, based at Meydan Grandstand, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E., and OpusHire Pvt. Ltd., based at Ashok Heights, Andheri East, Mumbai, India. The company was founded by Amit Bafna. Both offices serve the same platform, with customers in the UAE and India supported locally.

We are a product company rather than a staffing agency. OpusHire does not recruit on your behalf, does not resell candidates, and has no interest in the placement. That distinction shapes the product: the platform is built to make your hiring team better at deciding, not to substitute for it.

What does OpusHire believe about AI in hiring?

That AI should do the reading and the measuring, and people should do the deciding. Every score and recommendation in OpusHire is computed in code from defined rules. A language model may word an interview question or draft a narrative summary, but it never picks an outcome and never produces the number that decides one.

This is enforced architecturally rather than by policy. There is no setting that turns OpusHire into an auto-rejecting filter, no timer that ages a candidate into a rejected state, and every AI contribution to a score or summary is labelled as AI-assisted and human-reviewable wherever it appears — in the recruiter view and the candidate view alike.

Two more constraints follow from the same principle. If the platform cannot measure something honestly, it does not display a number for it: an empty denominator renders as no value rather than a confident zero. And where a figure needs a caveat to be true, the caveat ships with the figure.

How does OpusHire treat candidate data?

Candidates hold a profile they can review, correct, export and request deletion of. Employers control their own candidate data and OpusHire processes it on their behalf, scoped to that employer’s workspace. Privileged actions — viewing personal data, exporting it, changing access — are written to a hash-chained audit trail that cannot be edited or deleted afterwards, including by administrators.

Requests for records outside a user's entitlement return a not-found response rather than a permission error, because confirming that a record exists is itself a disclosure. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
