Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Specialist (L2) to join our team and ensure the end-to-end quality of our retail applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies that cover functionality, performance, and security. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards for our software, ensuring a seamless experience for our end users through rigorous testing and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities
* Design and document comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases for both manual and automated testing initiatives.
* Execute various types of testing, including regression, integration, and system testing.
* Provide dedicated support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
* Utilize defect tracking tools to manage the entire bug lifecycle from identification to resolution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and quality standards.

Requirements
* 6+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
* Proven expertise in both manual and automation testing methodologies.
* Technical proficiency with industry-standard tools, specifically Selenium, Postman, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
* Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., PII management, user consent protocols).
* Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable test strategies.

Nice to Have
* Prior professional experience testing healthcare systems.
* Prior professional experience testing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms.
